In this video, we’re going to talk about the top food to burn belly fat. 

The top food to burn belly fat is protein. This is the top food for fat burning because it triggers two of the fat-burning hormones. 

There are three things you need to know about protein and fat burning: 

1. It must not be above 6 oz. 
Don’t consume too much protein in one meal. Consume about 3-6 oz. of protein per meal.

2. It must be quality 
If you don’t consume quality protein, you won’t look healthy as you lose weight. Consume proteins like grass-fed meat, wild-caught fish, and free-range eggs.  

3. Add vegetables to rid waste 
Too much protein turns into a waste product in the body. But, vegetables help flush the waste out of your liver and will help buffer this side effect of protein. As long as your vegetables are high, you can tolerate this protein.
