What causes flabby thighs and a flabby butt?
There is a huge difference between fat on your body like flabby thighs and but and atrophy. Atrophy is the sagging of muscles. Many people have muscle atrophy, and they think it’s fat. Stress hormones of age make things droop, and it’s hard to make it lean.

Catabolic – The break down of muscle during the day (form exercise or stress)
Anabolic – The building back up of muscle at night

A person that’s going through menopause may have muscle atrophy because they have too much break-down and not enough build-up.
