In this video, I want to go over the missing nutrient in allergies. There are other causes of allergies. You might even notice I’ve done videos this. But, I haven’t yet touched on a nutrient deficiency that is behind quite a few different allergic reactions.

First, you need to learn about atopy.

Atopy — Is a genetic tendency to develop allergies like:

• Rhinitis
• Eczema
• Rashes
• High histamines

One cause of this is low folic acid.

Folic acid — Is involved in many different biochemical reactions, including reducing histamines. You get folic acid mainly from dark leafy green vegetables, but you can also get it from beef liver.

Folic acid is involved with an enzyme called MTHFR. This enzyme allows folic acid to work. However, if you have a mutation or deviation with this enzyme, which is more common than people think, you are going to end up with a deficiency. One of the symptoms of this is allergies and rashes.

In addition to eating leafy green vegetables, you may want to try these three remedies to help with common allergies:

Take these together with a meal once a day for three months.

1. Methylfolate — 4-7 mg.
2. B12 — (methyl) 4000 mcg.
3. B6 — 400 mg.
